From Friday 29th September – Tuesday 3rd October 2018, High Flyer’s Athlete Sarah Jones participated in Gymnastics Australia’s Team Future Advance (TFA) Trampoline training camp. The camp was held at the AIS in Canberra ACT. Sarah was accompanied by coach Elliot Stratton.
Our WAG girls Grace (level 8), Jannah (level 7) and Tiarni (level 6) took part, this past weekend, of the first 2017 WAG State Squad Training session. Our level ones and twos WAG girls had lots of fun at their first competition of the season, showing off their best work at the WAG Junior Judges Invitational.
WAG level 7 gymnasts Kylie-Ann De Vries, Isabella Rao, and Darcy Bird, along with coach Beth Oxley, recently traveled to Canberra to attend the national level 7-10 training camp which was held at the Australian Institute of Sport. The camp ran from the 25-28th of June and was attended by gymnasts from around the country.
Coach Paige Trainor accompanied our WAG gymnasts Jannah El Hekma (level 7) and Grace Poland (level 8) who were selected onto the WA state team to compete at the 2017 Border Challenge in Caloundra, QLD. This is a multi-state event with teams from across the country competing and was held from the 23rd-25th of June.
