High Flyers trampoliners learn new skills progressively and at their own pace under the watchful eyes of our passionate and accredited coaches. Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination in an energetic, fun, and positive environment.
We deliver Recreational Trampoline classes for two levels:
- Beginner – Get dedicated one-on-one time with our Coaches and learn the basics of trampolining.
- Mixed – This small class is for high flyers who have some trampoline basics under their belt and are ready to take it up a notch.
Recreational to Competitive Trampolining
We scout talented athletes from Recreational Trampoline classes to join our Competitive Trampoline teams. Talk to our Coaches if this interests you.
