Our Home School Fitness classes allow children to meet other home schoolers, increase their fitness, and support their emotional well-being through connection and movement.
These weekly sessions build foundation skills and are the perfect introduction for home schoolers who want to pursue gymsports further through our regular Recreational classes.
During our Home School Fitness classes, we use the gymnastics and trampolining apparatus to develop endurance, strength, coordination, balance, and overall fitness.
Children get to be active and interact with others in our state-of-the-art gym under the guidance of accredited Coaches.
